Thank you for your interest in our Chili Cook-off to be held during our Nathan Pope Band benefit!

Funds raised will be used to provide medical care for the once-chained dogs already in our program.  We would love the communities support to make this event a success. 

Date: Saturday, November 5th, 2022

Set-up Time: 3:30pm

Public Tasting/Voting: 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Announcing Winners: 6:30pm

Location: Steel Hands Brewing, 1918 W. Gate City Blvd, Greensboro

Chili Entry Donation: $20.00

Chili Taster Donation: $5.00 (Includes 2 raffle tickets - 1 for general raffle & 1 to vote for your favorite chili.  A drawing will also be done for tickets in each of the cups of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.) 

We will have a Vegetarian and Meat Category. Each person tasting the chili entries will be given a raffle ticket to place in the cup of their favorite recipe. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers after the public tasting is over at 6:00pm.

Please make a crock pot full of Chili so all voters are able to taste your recipe. Bowls, spoons and condiments will be provided.
